Refund and Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation by You
Should you (the “Client”) choose to cancel your booking, you must notify Ceytravel in writing. Your cancellation notice will only be effective from the date it is received by us.
As we incur costs in cancelling your travel arrangements, the following cancellation charges will apply. The charges are expressed as a percentage of the total booking cost:
- 90 days or more prior to departure: Loss of deposit
- 60-45 days prior to departure: 50% of total booking cost
- 44-15 days prior to departure: 75% of total booking cost
- 14 days or less prior to departure: 100% of total booking cost
Note: Certain travel components, such as flights, permits, or specific hotel bookings during peak season, may be 100% non-refundable at the time of purchase. If your booking includes such components, the non-refundable cost will be advised at the time of booking and will be in addition to the charges listed above.
We strongly recommend you purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to cover any potential cancellation charges.
2. Cancellation by Us
Ceytravel reserves the right to cancel your tour or booking in rare and unforeseen circumstances. These circumstances may include, but are not limited to, failure to meet minimum tour participation numbers, or “Force Majeure” events (such as natural disasters, pandemics, political instability, or other events beyond our control).
If we cancel your tour for any reason other than your failure to make a final payment, we will offer you one of the following options:
- A full refund of all monies paid to Ceytravel; or
- An alternative tour of a comparable standard, if one is available.
We are not responsible for any incidental expenses you may have incurred as a result of your booking, such as visa fees, vaccination costs, or non-refundable connecting flights.
