Welcome to Ceytravel (the business owned and operated by UNF International LLC). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website ceytravel.co.uk (the “Site”) and the travel-related services we provide (the “Services”).
By accessing our Site or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Agreement to Terms
By using this Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement. You agree to be financially responsible for all of your use of this Site, as well as for the use of your account by others. You also agree that all information supplied by you or members of your household in using this Site is true and accurate.
2. Our Services
Ceytravel (“we,” “us,” “our”) provides services including, but not limited to, tour packages, accommodation bookings, transportation arrangements, and other travel-related services. We act as an agent for third-party suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers (“Suppliers”). We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these Suppliers.
3. Bookings, Payments, and Deposits
- Booking: All bookings are subject to availability. A booking is considered confirmed only when you receive a written booking confirmation from us and we have received the required deposit.
- Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of [Amount or Percentage]% per person is required at the time of booking.
- Final Payment: The full balance of your travel booking is due [e.g., 60 days] prior to your departure date. If final payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and retain the deposit.
- Payment Methods: We accept payment via bank transfer.
4. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation by You: If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing. Cancellation charges will apply as follows:
- 90 days or more prior to departure: Loss of deposit
- 60-45 days prior to departure: 50% of total booking cost
- 44-15 days prior to departure: 75% of total booking cost
- 14 days or less prior to departure: 100% of total booking cost
Note: Some travel components (e.g., flights, special permits) may be 100% non-refundable at the time of booking. We will advise you of this where applicable.
Cancellation by Us: We reserve the right to cancel your booking in rare circumstances, such as due to force majeure (see Section 8) or failure to meet minimum tour numbers. If we cancel your tour (for reasons other than your failure to pay), we will offer you the choice of:
- A full refund of all monies paid; or
- An alternative tour of comparable standard, if available.
5. Changes to Your Booking
- Changes by You: If you wish to make changes to your confirmed booking, you must notify us in writing. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but it may not always be possible. Any changes are subject to availability and may incur an administrative fee of [Amount], plus any additional costs charged by our Suppliers.
- Changes by Us: While we aim to operate all tours as advertised, we reserve the right to make changes to your itinerary, accommodation, or transport at any time due to local conditions or other unforeseen circumstances. We will notify you of any significant changes as soon as possible.
6. Travel Documents
You are solely responsible for ensuring you have all necessary travel documents, including but not limited to:
- A valid passport (with at least 6 months validity beyond your planned return date).
- All required visas for the countries you are visiting or transiting through.
- Any required health or vaccination certificates.
We are not liable for any costs, delays, or denied entry resulting from your failure to obtain the correct travel documents.
7. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. This insurance should cover, at a minimum:
- Trip cancellation and interruption
- Medical expenses and emergency repatriation
- Lost or damaged baggage and personal belongings
- Personal liability
You may be required to provide proof of your travel insurance policy before your departure.
8. Limitation of Liability
Ceytravel acts only as an agent for our Suppliers. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may be caused by the negligence or default of any Supplier, or by any other cause (including “Force Majeure”) outside our direct control.
Force Majeure: We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, natural disasters, epidemics, pandemics, government travel advisories, or strikes.
9. Your Responsibilities
- Health and Fitness: You must ensure you are in good health and have a level of physical fitness appropriate for the tour you have booked. You must disclose any pre-existing medical conditions at the time of booking.
- Conduct: You agree to abide by the laws and customs of the countries you visit. We reserve the right to remove you from a tour if your behavior is deemed disruptive, dangerous, or offensive to others, with no right to a refund.
10. Use of Website
All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of ceytravel and is protected by copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content from this Site without our prior written permission.
11. Privacy Policy
We are committed to protecting your privacy. Our collection and use of your personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms.
